Why I started More than a Meal
I created More Than a Meal as a class project, but it also combines a lot of things I genuinely enjoy. I’ve worked in restaurants for years, so I’ve always been interested in the experience behind the food, from customer service and atmosphere to the way a restaurant presents itself.
Branding
A restaurant’s brand is more than a logo or color scheme. The way a restaurant presents itself can shape how customers remember it and can turn a one-time visit into a place they keep coming back to.
Connection
I believe a well-done restaurant brand can create lifelong bonds with customers. From the food and atmosphere to social media and customer service, the little details can make people feel connected to a place and the people behind it.
Storytelling
Every restaurant has a story. Through social media, branding, and the customer experience, restaurants have the opportunity to share who they are and create experiences that people want to remember and share with others.
